Shipping and Returns

Shipping
  • We post all orders within 1-2 business days of receiving payment.
  • We have an Australia wide flat rate shipping fee of $10.
  • Flat rate orders are shipped via courier. Once dispatched, your order should arrive within 1-5 business days.
  • All packages will require a signature before being released. In the event that nobody is present at the provided delivery address when delivery is attempted, the package will be left at the provided delivery address.
  • If your order is late or missing, please use the tracking number provided to locate it.
  • If you cannot locate your order using your tracking number, please email support@genecigs.com.au and we will investigate for you straight away.
  • Please ensure that your address information is correct. If we are provided with a faulty address, you are responsible for reshipping costs.
  • We cannot reship orders delivered to a faulty address until said orders have been returned to us.
Returns
  • If you wish to return a product because it appears to be faulty, please first ensure that you have read the Hardware Guarantee page. You should also view the cleaning and care guides for the product in question in our Learning Centre. It may be that the product is not faulty, and you can get it working again.
  • If you wish to return a product because you simply don’t like it, please advise us of your intent to return by contacting support@genecigs.com.au so we can keep an eye out for the product being returned.
  • Returns must be posted back to us within 30 days of you receiving your order in order to claim a refund.
  • Note: The guaranteed right of return does not extend to e-liquids, which are by their nature consumable “software” products. It also does not apply to 510 cartomisers, which are classified as disposable products, unless the cartomiser is DOA (dead on arrival).
